Start-up of regional centre in Surgut. Searching for office space , contracting (phone, internet, furniture, cleaning, advertisement, supply of consumables and so on), searching for staff (business developing manager, customer service, assistant). The main duties are: to search and to attract customers for the receivables financing (to sell money resource). I use different methods to attract customers such as: “cold” calls, meetings, negotiations, developing of agents net (KHMAO and YANAO). I make ratings of the potential clients and their debtors (during the process of negotiation), visit the place of their location (office, industrial base), analysis of financial statements. I have to give arguments in favor of potential client on credit committee, manage conflicts with clients and debtors. I have good knowledge of KHMAO and YANAO markets. I’ve got my list of companies. My achievements are: about 40 companies were attracted for the receivables financing during the year. The average effective rate of funding was about 43,5%.

I managed negotiations with top managers of different companies about placing the equipment of mobile base stations on office buildings, antenna-mast installations and so on. I also managed contracts, payments, budget, conflicts. I used calls, meetings, negotiations.
