- Wide experience of using different mud motors (SperryDrill, NaviDrill, GeoForce, Russian motors and turbines) - Assembling the drilling system for optimum hydraulic performance - Optimizing BHA for minimum torque and drag - Assembling BHA for optimum performance, using of Agitator, Shock Tool, AGS and ABI (near bit inclination sensor) - Familiarity with drilling equipments (Top drives, mud motors, drill bits, mud pumps, etc.) - Proficient in use of well engineering software tools (COMPASS, PLANIT, Pluto) - Monitoring and prevention ANTICOLLISION risks of the wells - Drilling of Horizontal, Highly Deviated, S-shape, Sidetrack and Exploratory wells - Drilling of horizontal section with one or more targets (on different TVD's) - Coring (Assembly and setup BHA for recovery of core) - Drilling wells with abnormal pressured zone - Sidetracking operation from whipstock, cement plug and open hole (in horizontal section) - Well completion and abandon - Control, Analysis, Counteraction and Prevention of complications and accidents in a drilling well - Able to design well plans before the job and can re-plan, modify plans at the rig site - Management of MWD workers and drillers in accordance with current well state - Worked with MSS & MWD tool of INTEQ Baker Hughes, - Assemblage, dismantling and testing of telemetric systems (Pre-Run, Post-Run) - Provide advice and direction to external customer and colleagues as appropriate - Responsibility, control of technical state of oil-rig equipment and work in HSE compliance, team-work - Execute other related duties as assigned - Advanced computer user
